Orders placed before 1.30PM Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery by DHL. Please note we do not count weekends as a business day. If you order on Friday, your item will be delivered on Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you need a Saturday delivery please select this at the checkout. The charge for a Saturday delivery is £14.99.
At HD Car covers we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item. Should you need to return your item for whatever reason please do so within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange. All items must be returned back to us within 30 days un-used and in the original packaging.
Returns postage must be covered by the the customer. You will be liable for the item until it reaches us, so please use a tracked and insured service. You will be responsible for the return postage cost and will not be refunded.

The funds will be credited to your original payment method and can take up-to 7 days to show on your account. There is a 10% admin charge on all items returned and refunded. If your return is not approved, you will be sent an email with a reason as to why.
